Media Planning That Puts Your Budget Where It Matters
A considered mix of platforms, audiences, and investment to support meaningful business growth.
01About the Service
What is Media Planning?
Every rupee of media budget should have a job to do. Media planning decides where your budget goes, to which audiences, on which channels — and why.
At AdsZeno, media planning starts with your audience and your commercial goal, not with a default channel. We build a considered mix of platforms and investment levels, shaped around how your customers actually discover and decide.
Plans are made to be measured. Every channel in the mix has a defined role and a defined way of proving it's working.
A media plan answers four questions with evidence: who we are trying to reach, where they can be reached cost-effectively, how much to invest in each channel and stage of the funnel, and how we will know it worked. We use audience research, platform reach and cost benchmarks, your historical performance data and seasonality to build the channel mix — rather than defaulting to the platforms everyone already uses.
The plan is documented so anyone can act on it: channel roles (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention), budget split with the reasoning behind it, flighting calendar, creative requirements per channel and the KPIs each channel is accountable for. As campaigns run, the plan is reviewed against actuals and budget is rebalanced toward what is delivering.

09Important Considerations
What to know before you start.
- 01
Fewer channels done well usually beat many channels done thinly — especially with modest budgets.
- 02
Upper-funnel channels need patience and different metrics. Judging a YouTube awareness campaign by last-click conversions will always make it look bad.
- 03
Seasonality and sales cycles should shape the calendar. Spend should concentrate when demand exists, not spread evenly by default.
- 04
Measurement has to be designed into the plan. Agree attribution approach and reporting cadence before spend begins.
- 05
A plan is a hypothesis. Expect to rebalance monthly as real data replaces assumptions.
