01The Problem
Catalogue upkeep quietly eats your week — and your ad budget.
Some of these problems are solved by automation; others need a person who understands Google's product data rules. We're clear about which is which.
Manual product updates
Prices, availability and images edited in two places — and drifting apart within weeks.
Solved by SyncMerchantInconsistent pricing and stock
Customers see one price on Google and another at checkout; out-of-stock items keep showing.
Solved by SyncMerchantCatalogue that outgrows spreadsheets
Hundreds or thousands of SKUs make CSV exports and imports slow, error-prone and easy to forget.
Solved by SyncMerchantMissing or disapproved products
Items vanish from Shopping results because of attribute, policy or data-quality issues.
Solved by our specialistsFeed set-up and attribute mapping
GTINs, product categories, shipping and tax settings configured incorrectly from the start.
Solved by our specialists02How It Works
How SyncMerchant keeps Shopify current.
- 01
Connect Shopify and Google
Sign in to SyncMerchant and authorise both accounts with standard Google and Shopify OAuth — no API keys to paste, no spreadsheets.
- 02
Preview with a dry run
Before anything changes, see every create, update and skip decision the sync would make against your Shopify catalogue.
- 03
Choose what the sync may touch
A field policy decides which attributes (price, inventory, images, variants…) the sync is allowed to update, so nothing is silently overwritten.
- 04
Products sync from Merchant Center into Shopify
Products, images, prices, variants and inventory are pulled from Google Merchant Center into Shopify, matched by SKU with GTIN fallback to avoid duplicates.
- 05
Hands-free resync on a schedule
Choose hourly, 12-hour or daily runs. Jobs run on the server even when you're offline; each run reports items checked, updated, created and needing attention.

Sync direction today is Google Merchant Center → Shopify. For sending Shopify products to Merchant Center (the Google & YouTube channel or feeds), our setup service covers configuration and troubleshooting.

06Onboarding & Transparency
What working with us looks like.
Onboarding. You share your store URL and the problem. We review your Merchant Center diagnostics and Shopify catalogue (read-only access is enough), then propose a scope: app only, services only, or both — with a fixed quote before any work begins.
What we need from you. Access to Merchant Center and Shopify (collaborator or staff account), an existing Google Merchant Center account (or we create one with you) and a point of contact for product data questions.
Scope of support. We configure, troubleshoot and advise. Approval decisions are Google's; we don't guarantee approvals, rankings or sales.
Contact. Use the form below, book a strategy call, or email weadszeno@gmail.com. AdsZeno is an independent agency; SyncMerchant is an independent application. Google, Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners.
